Phase One

Phase Two

Physical Agility Test (PAT)

Gather the following documents and bring them to the PAT:

  1. Birth Certificate
  2.  DD-214 (if applicable)
  3. Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
  4. Driver’s License
  5. Social Security Card
  6. Two (2) official, unopened college transcripts with you to Physical Agility Test
  7. Completed Personal History Statement (provided with PAT scheduling information)

(Your assigned Background Investigator will contact you once your background investigation has begun.)


Phase Four

 

Psychological and Polygraph Examination
Police Training will contact you to schedule Pre-Psychological form completion and the Psychological and Polygraph appointments.


Phase Five

 

Oral Interview Board (OIB)
Police Training will contact you to schedule your OIB appointment.


Phase Six

 

Medical Physicals and Drug Screening
Human Resources will contact you to schedule these appointments.
