If you have already registered through MunicipalOnlinePayments.com, simply click "Pay My Water Bill" above and log in using your Email and Password on the login screen. If you have forgotten your password, select Password Recovery and follow the prompts to reset your password.
If you have not registered, you may register via Member Registration and enter your email, name, water account number, and password to create a login.

Click "Pay A Ticket" above and scroll down to look up the violation you wish to pay. You can search by Driver's License number, last name, vehicle information, or citation number. Once you select the violation, you will be stepped through the process to enter your payment information.
Please note that paying tickets online will include a 5% processing fee, with a minimum fee of $2.95. It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. If payment is rejected for any reason, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing fee will not. Please pay carefully.

You may also pay tickets via telephone at 1-800-444-1187.

You do not need an account with CityAlarmPermit.com to pay your permit bill. Simply click "Pay My Burglar Alarm Permit" above and then select "Pay Your Bill Now Credit Card Payment" on the lower left corner of the payment website. You will be stepped through the process to make your payment, or you can select "View Demo" for an explanation of how to pay.
