COACH Health Clinic
The City of Abilene Clinic for Health (COACH) provides free health care for minor, non-emergency type illnesses or injuries for City employees and their dependents covered on the City's health plan.

Health District Facility
The Health District Facility is located at 850 North 6th Street and houses the Abilene-Taylor County Public Health District as well as the City of Abilene's Public Health Department administration. You can also find the WIC office, Environmental Health, Immunizations and Testing, and the Epidemiology lab.

Mercy Health Care Center
The Mercy Health Care Center is located at 1902 Shelton Street and provides various health services, such as prenatal & family planning services and STD testing and treatment.
