The Mercy Health Care Center is located at 1902 Shelton Street and provides various health services, such as prenatal & family planning services and STD testing and treatment.

Services Available

  1. Early Prenatal Services

Early Prenatal Services

Eligible clients

  • Female that is currently pregnant
  • Meet income guidelines at or below 250% Federal Poverty Level (FPL)
  • Texas resident

We will need proof of income and residency. Complete application at 1902 Shelton. Please call for an appointment.

Adjunctive Eligibility

Proof of Benefits Program with one of the following:

  • Medicaid
  • SNAP
  • TANF
  • WIC

Early Prenatal Services

  • Early OB exam and labs
  • Education
  • Provision of Prenatal vitamins if needed
  • Referral for ultrasound

Once approved for Pregnancy Medicaid, you will be referred to the Doctor of your choice to continue prenatal care and delivery.
