Municipal Billing Office

The Municipal Billing Office is located inside the Customer Service Center, located at 4595 South 1st Street.

This office is responsible for the customer service function of the Water Utilities Department, including meter reading, billing, collections, and customer assistance for over 39,000 accounts. The Office also oversees the water conservation education efforts of the department.

NOTICE: In response to COVID-19 safety measures, the Municipal Billing Office has been closed to public access. With minimal staffing levels in place the number of Customer Service Representatives is limited. We strongly encourage our customers to utilize the IVR payment by phone system or the online payment portal to make municipal service payments. These payment options will minimize the customer wait time for an available Customer Service Representative. Thank you for your patience.
