The City of Abilene Clinic for Health (COACH) provides free health care for minor, non-emergency type illnesses or injuries for City employees and their dependents covered on the City’s health plan. Eligible employees not covered under the City’s health plan may also visit for a small office fee. Please bring your insurance card as proof of coverage and eligibility for clinic services.
Walk-In appointments are currently not available as we transition to a new provider. Please call ahead at (325) 437-4611 to make an appointment.

Monday & Friday mornings only
Wednesday all day
Conditions We Can Treat
Allergic Reactions - Bee stings and insect bites
Cold and Flu
Minor Injuries - Lacerations, sprains, and strains
Minor Skin Lesions
Conditions We Cannot Treat
Major Broken Bones - Requiring a cast like legs or arms
Major Cardiac Events - Such as crushing chest pain
Major Head Injuries
Major Trauma and Injuries
Serious Illnesses - Such as brittle bones, diabetes, and strokes
These are the health needs of an emergency, critical, or specialized nature. COACH is not equipped or intended to provide these services.
