Build a stronger future for Abilene by:

  • Encourage increased tourism that brings in new dollars to the city
  • Help small businesses maintain/grow
  • Invest in economic development projects to grow the economy
  • Invest/maintain the city's infrastructure
  • Promote a clean city (it is smart economically and good for business)
  • Support cultural opportunities/quality of life projects
  • Support the skilled/sustainable labor force to attract new business and retain young citizens

  • Promotor of 1997-98 Crape Myrtle campaign selling 13,369 in Abilene and surrounding area
