If you’re looking to catch a movie, come be a part of the weekend movies at Mockingbird Branch as we host a variety of movies for families and the general audience. At this session, we’re watching a live-action Disney flick, based on a true story and starring John Candy and Doug E. Doug in 1993’s “Cool Runnings.” In this film, when a Jamaican sprinter is disqualified from the Olympic Games, he enlists the help of a dishonored coach to start the first Jamaican bobsled Team. This film is rated PG for mild language and brief violence and has a run time of1 hour and 38 minutes. Feel free to bring in your own snacks and drinks to enjoy.
