Learn All About: Monarchs, Milkweed, and More (Main Library)

Friday, September 23, 2022

Join us for an informational workshop led by Jean Dotson with the Big Country Chapter of Texas Master Naturalists. This event is for all ages.

Your Abilene Public Library is happy to partner again with the Big Country Chapter of the Texas Master Naturalists to offer another great and interactive presentation designed for all ages to enjoy.  Youth, teens, and adults alike are invited to come learn all about Monarch Butterflies from Jean Dotson. At this event, we’ll learn about their life cycles, their migration patterns, and more, and there will even be some butterflies to see, in various stages, up close and personal. Don’t miss out on this important event to learn more about how we can help to protect this now endangered species of butterflies!
