Youth are invited out for a special storytime on March 14, Pi Day, featuring this mathematical concept with stories, songs, and crafts.
March 14 is Pi day, used to celebrate this mathematical concept which many honor by baking pies with the Pi symbol on top. Although we won’t have pie at this program, we do ask that you come out and join your library in this celebration of pi as we share books and do an activity based both on the math concept and the dessert that sounds like it. All materials will be supplied!
