Attend this summer series where we'll be watching the original Batman live-action flicks for the Summer Reading Club.

Join us during select Saturdays as we host some great movie showings at your Main Library that centers on one of the most famous bat figures around…Batman!. Going right in hand with our summer theme of hosting a Bats-A-Palooza, don’t miss your chance to come out and watch the live-action feature flick starring Michael Keaton, Jack Nicholson, and Kim Basinger in 1989’s “Batman.” In this film, the Dark Knight of Gotham City begins his war on crime with his first major enemy being Jack Napier, a criminal who becomes the clownishly homicidal Joker. This film is rated PG-13 and has a run time of 2 hours and 6 minutes.
