[ARCHIVED] Two Females Arrested In Connection to Stabbing of Two Juveniles

On Thursday, July 1, at 6:27 am, police were called to a north Abilene hospital in connection to a 13, and 15-year-old females who were at the hospital suffering from stab wounds. The investigation led to a residence located in the 4400 block of Capitol Ave. in North Abilene. It was learned that a large house party led to an argument between two groups that resulted in the assault of the two juveniles.

 Later in the afternoon, the Abilene Police Department Investigations Division arrested a 17-year-old and a 34-year-old, both females, in connection to the stabbing of two female juveniles.

 Mariah Garza (17 yoa) is charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Misti Bowen (34 yoa) is charged with State Jail Felony Criminal Negligence. Both are being held in the Taylor County Jail. The investigation is ongoing.
