On November 17th 2021 at approximately 10:45 a.m. the Abilene Fire Department responded to a residential structure fire located on the 4500 block of Edgemont. AFD fire crews arrived to find fire and smoke coming from the windows and were able to quickly extinguish the fire. There were no injuries to the public, police or fire personnel. The fire is considered incendiary and under investigation.
