ABILENE, TX – The Abilene Police Department is teaming up with the Historic Paramount Theater to provide a free movie night for students in Abilene and Wylie. Students attending any school in the Abilene and Wylie area will be treated to the 2003 Christmas movie Elf, starring Will Ferrell. Popcorn and drink will also be free for those attending.

- 6 p.m. movie start time
- Historic Paramount Theater, 352 Cypress St.
Officers will welcome students to the theater, work concessions, help with seating, and chaperone. Students 12 and under will require a parent or guardian to accompany the student. No prior registration is required, students simply need to arrive at the theater before the start of the movie. Parents are welcome to attend with their child.
