A 2006 Dodge Durango pulling a flatbed trailer was heading southbound on Arnold and had slowed and moved right onto the shoulder. The motorcycle ridden by Cody Sylvest was traveling northbound on the same road, moved left into the Durango’s Lane at a high rate of speed, and struck the Durango in the front left fender and door.
