On the 16th day of March, 2020, a Declaration of Local Disaster was issued to allow the City of Abilene to take measures to reduce the possibility of exposure to COVID-19 and promote the health and safety of Abilene residents.
That this Declaration and Order is effective at noon, Tuesday, March 31, 2020 and continues until 11:59 p.m. April 14, 2020 unless otherwise modified, terminated or extended.
