On Monday, November 2, 2020 at approximately 09:00 crews with the Abilene Fire Department responded to residential structure fire located in the 3500 block of North 10th. On arrival, crews noted a single story residential structure with smoke coming from the back side of the residence. Crews made a quick attack on the fire and limited the spread of the fire. There were no occupants home at the time of the fire. The estimated cost of damage is $5,000. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
