Reading times are based on geographic location. To request information on when your meter will be read, please contact customer service at 325-676-6405. A representative will be able to tell you the date when it is normally read.

Sometimes it becomes necessary to estimate consumption, for reasons such as non-access to the meter. Customers who feel their bill has been estimated may call and request a reread. It can take up to four business days to reread meters. Once the access to the meter is cleared, we will obtain a reading and send a corrected bill if appropriate.
