2023's Summer Reading Clubs will run a bit differently as we partner with the Children's Art + Literacy Festival (CALF), the Abilene Cultural Affairs Council (ACAC), and the National Center for Children's Illustrated Literature (NCCIL).
This year's theme will focus on the works of Brian Lies, who is 2023's honored author/illustrator at CALF. Come see him in person by participating in CALF, running June 8-11, then keep the fun going throughout the summer at your library!
On June 1, choose a club below to access an activity sheet of challenges, with a reading log to keep track of what you read this summer. For every five items you complete, you'll receive an entry for some great Prize Drawings at the end of the summer.
