  1. Tween & Teen Take & Make: Papercrafts

    The crafting fun continues at your South Branch Library with a selection of great papercrafts for tweens and teens to have fun with. There are papercrafts for almost every character imaginable and all you need to make them is some tape, a glue stick, and the pattern of your choice. Stop by the library during this day and we’ll have some amazing papercraft templates for you to take home and construct your own awesome 3D creations.   2. Royal Gear

    Youth will become royalty during our Royal Gear Summer Reading Club sessions at your library. We’ve seen them in countless fairy tales and movies, so we all know that the wardrobe of a prince or princess isn’t complete without a few key items like a crown...for starters. Come out to your library during each session where we’ll supply you with the materials to make a different part of your royal gear as a come and go activity.     Designed for newborns up to age 3, Mother Goose on the Loose is an award-winning literacy program utilizing a variety of activities such as rhymes, puppets, and songs.  Limited seating will be available for the first 15 participants to meet the regulation of no more than 50% capacity of the room.
