  1. Tween & Teen Take & Make: Harry Potter Herbology

    July 9, 2020, 11:00 AM - 5:30 PM @ South Branch Library

The crafting fun continues at your South Branch Library for tweens and teens and we have another fun activity for you, especially if you’re a fan of Harry Potter. Did you know there are many plants that are for more than just eating? Some plants and flowers help relieve stress, others help with nausea, and so much more! Come out and visit us and you can pick up your own Herbology starter kit, available until supplies run out. Never fear because we won’t have any mandrakes on hand so there will be no need for earmuffs. For more information, contact Marianne Vadney at 325-698-7565.

  2. Royal Gear Session

    July 9, 2020, 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM @ Children's Area

Youth will become royalty during our Royal Gear Summer Reading Club sessions at your library. We’ve seen them in countless fairy tales and movies, so we all know that the wardrobe of a prince or princess isn’t complete without a few key items like a crown...for starters. Come out to your library during each session where we’ll supply you with the materials to make a different part of your royal gear as a come and go activity. All materials and instruction will be provided. For additional information, contact Alyssa Crow at 325-698-7565.
